They broke into the offices of a campus newspaper and stole the papers. The following is the text of the article that made the Pee-Cee campus fascists so upset that they saw fit to break into the paper's offices, not being satisfied with making threats of attacks or death toward the staff. Imagine these jokers with Middle East armaments someday! ... http://www.appleparty.org/aztlan.html MEChA: Student Funded Bigotry and Hate It is without doubt that Marxian class-conflict theory is the dominant theory and political orthodoxy in the classroom, in the curriculum and on the campus of U.C. Berkeley. Our university -- the "marketplace of ideas" -- has in fact become a monopoly, run by a pedantic autocracy armed with an iron fist that crushes academic freedom. For in the classroom, individual identity is stripped from the student through university-imposed group identity tactics that use gender, race and ethnicity as a means to lump students into "suspect typologies." At U.C. Berkeley, a student is judged by the color of his or her skin. While it's no wonder these suspect classifications are illegal in every other form of government in California and the United States, at Berkeley, phenotypic classification -- a separation of students that is based solely on skin color and facial features -- flourishes under the thin veneer of "diversity" and "multiculturalism." As a result, those who consider themselves "historically underrepresented" are destined to carry the imprint of victimhood largely because of indoctrination into this mentality that takes place in our classrooms. This idea of victimization is based solely upon racial appearance and group identity, and in many cases, is a mentality that leads its adherents to believe that anyone who is white and male is to blame for any historical injustice and the resulting societal or even self-perception that members of one race are inferior to those of another. History and blood therefore become the basis for this Marxian class-conflict and the ensuing virus of self-victimization that both teachers and students propagate. Unfortunately, these teachings perpetuate the current political orthodoxy like an epidemic that infects our youth and indoctrinates them into victimhood. Those who are unfortunate enough to be of a particular race or ethnicity and who do not adopt these principles of self-discrimination and hate are instantly labeled by their "peers" as "vendido" (sell-out) or "Uncle Tom." This cultural pressure is applied ruthlessly and is encouraged by the university in the classroom, in the dorms and on campus. Thus, the stage has been set for a new Jim Crow era, where a student may experience academics completely segregated from "people who don't look like me." For example, at U.C. Berkeley, one can experience Jim Crow academics by living in segregated housing, learning through racially segregated academic disciplines, and by graduating in a racially segregated graduation ceremony. Some commencements have even been known to include "Zapatista" rebels wearing bandanas over their faces. This at a graduation ceremony! But it is not only at Berkeley that a ridiculous public display of anti-American hate is tolerated: the University of California as a whole tolerates these supposed revolutionaries in its public policy. Indeed, students can even join government funded hate groups such as the Movimiento Estudiantil Chicano de Aztlan (MEChA) at any one of California's high schools, community colleges, state universities and the University of California campuses. It is because of such groups that advances in civil rights towards a colorblind, American society have been greatly impeded. It is because of such groups that demons of diversity exist in the classroom, spreading hate and worming their way into public policy quite precisely through their monopoly of campus discourse. Unfortunately, what we may think of as "academics" translates into the political stance of the University and, indeed, of the State of California. The result is a loss of state and national sovereignty by legislation engaged by the Latino Caucus in Sacramento, where citizenship through "amnesty" and government entitlements are doled out to facilitate the transfer of "brown power." For those who seek to undermine American cultural identity and sovereignty, this rapidly acquired and inappropriately given citizenship provides the perfect vehicle. Moreover, the California legislature uses "academics" as a tool to divide the population. As of this writing, foreign nationals pay a lower tuition than citizens of the United States through the passage of AB 540 signed by that race-pandering clown, otherwise known as Gray Davis. Through sheer numbers generated by state-funded replenishment of Mexican nationals, third-world political corruption imports itself across the border. In the words of my Mexican-American friends, California will be "liberated" whether you like it or not, pilgrim. Hence, Marx's dream has come to its fruition: in virtually every institution of post-secondary education in California there exists an irredentist student group whose ideology shocks the conscience and threatens the peaceful and harmonious existence of all Californians. For example, the Movimiento Estudiantil Chicano de Aztlan (MEChA) was founded in 1969, and its ideology is not unlike the White Nationalist or neo-Nazi movements: reclaim a piece of the United States for "our" race and exterminate anyone who neither bleeds the blood nor thinks the thoughts we do. Although it is true Berkeley has proclaimed itself a "hate-free zone," ironically, hate has been tolerated if not directly promoted, by the University administration for several years. The theory of racial separatists is not old, and it is much like the critical-race ideology of the 1960's: seize the mind when it is young -- in the classroom -- and the territory will follow. The proof of the Mechistas' hatred of people of European descent betrays itself in a secret writing. Much like our beloved Declaration of Independence, the Mechistas have a similar declaration, but one that is filled with hate. This is a document that one will not find in the public record at the Student Affairs Office. Cloaked in secrecy by the University, it is known as El Plan Espiritual de Aztlan, or the Spiritual Plan of Aztlan, which states, in its entirety: In the spirit of a new people that is conscious not only of its proud historical heritage but also of the brutal "gringo" invasion of our territories, we, the Chicano inhabitants and civilizers of the northern land of Aztlan from whence came our forefathers, reclaiming the land of their birth and consecrating the determination of our people of the sun, declare that the call of our blood is our power, our responsibility, and our inevitable destiny. We are free and sovereign to determine those tasks which are justly called for by our house, our land, the sweat of our brows, and by our hearts. Aztlan belongs to those who plant the seeds, water the fields, and gather the crops and not to the foreign Europeans. We do not recognize capricious frontiers on the bronze continent. Brotherhood unites us, and love for our brothers makes us a people whose time has come and who struggles against the foreigner "gabacho" who exploits our riches and destroys our culture. With our heart in our hands and our hands in the soil, we declare the independence of our mestizo nation. We are a bronze people with a bronze culture. Before the world, before all of North America, before all our brothers in the bronze continent, we are a nation, we are a union of free pueblos, we are Aztlan.1 Would it be possible to imagine a government-funded student group at Berkeley that proclaimed that there exist "wetback invaders," "gook invaders" or "nigger invaders"? No, it is not. It is unthinkable. There is no question that this type of hateful rhetoric would not be tolerated under the regime of the autocratic "pedantocracy" at UC Berkeley. Yet under the guise of Mestizo cultural identity, racism against Anglos (regardless of ancestry) is indoctrinated, funded and taught in the classrooms. It is no secret that the word "gringo" is racial slur, the equivalent of "nigger," "gook" or "wetback." Surprisingly though, the continued use of the racial slur "gringo" is also not only tolerated, but promoted and indirectly funded at Cal, a public University. In the words of the politically correct, doesn’t this create a "hostile learning environment" at one of the nation's most prestigious universities? Apparently, some epithets are protected, while others are not. MEChA also has the dubious distinction of being classified as a "student initiated service organization" -- as if directing hate towards those who are not bronze were a “service.” Importantly, this distinction serves as the needed justification for awarding MEChA a disproportionate amount of your student fees than other organizations, thus ensuring its existence indefinitely. And somewhere, Adolph Hitler is smiling broadly because his race pandering tactics are still successful. Indeed, a visit to the Nation of Aztlan web site2 reveals that the prevalence of anti-Semitism within MEChA would make any anti-Semitic neo-Nazi seem faint at heart at best. The history of MEChA is long and violent. Founded upon the principle that all Anglos are "brutal gringo invaders," the ultimate ideology of the Chicano Student Movement of Aztlan is the liberation of Aztlan -- believed by members to comprise Mexico's former territories or much of the American southwest. Some adherents have dubbed it the "reconquista", and re-conquering of the land seems to be an accurate description of the movement, given the public record, which documents the loss of American sovereignty through legislation and adjudication. Those who are not citizens seek, through the legislature and courts, to become a protected class, at the expense of legitimate citizens, thereby undermining our sovereignty, at the hands of our elected officials and professors. Aztlan is the mythical place of the Aztec forefathers, to whose Aztec blood and history the Mechistas have laid claim, and thereby, inheriting a specific cultural identity. Despite the fact that genetic surveys in Mexico show that 90% of Mexican citizens are partly European by blood and virtually no one speaks the indigenous Aztec language of Nahuatl3 -- especially no one at U.C. Berkeley -- the Mechistas have nevertheless laid claim to this blood and history. Ironically, the term "Mestizo" -- one favored by members of MEChA -- is used to denote a person of mixed blood: European and Indian. Apparently, European blood within the Chicano-irredentist movement is wholly denied, and is therefore a denial of that specific aspect of true cultural identity. Additionally, archaeologists and anthropologists have reasoned Aztlan to be somewhere near Siberia -- not near Mexico at all. Yet Mechistas will deny science and their own European blood to serve a wholly political agenda of hate, bigotry and racism towards "brutal gringo invaders." In the world of the Mechista, Aztlan belongs to those who claim themselves as Mestizo, and laws and borders are not to be recognized. This lawlessness and institutionalized racism flourishes in the Ethnic Studies departments, racist student groups, segregated housing and through college administrators themselves. In this context, the similarities between the Third Reich and MEChA cannot be overlooked. If all goes according to MEChA plan, the United States soon will be conquered as a "bronze continent," just like Europe under the Third Reich. How does this student government-funded hate group operate on our campuses without reproach or sanction from our society? It's simple: operate under the guise of "cultural identity" and the public will turn a blind eye for fear of being labeled as "racist". But it is only by exposing the ugly racism of MEChA itself that our society will realize that this blatant bigotry -- regardless of who commits it -- should not be tolerated on our college campuses or anywhere. Unfortunately though, MEChA is destined to continue its hate-filled existence at UC Berkeley, as it is currently funded entirely by your compulsory student fees. Under the regime of the pedantic autocracy, hatred of Anglos becomes perpetually funded by the government, and bigotry and racism become institutionalized through the formation of public administrative policy. This "brotherhood" excludes those who are not "bronze," in the same manner as the exclusivity of Aryan purity proclaimed by Hitler. The University has refused to take any sort of action against these racists, yet anyone else who espouses hate is dealt with severely. Obviously, only those who are truly committed to eradicating racism in America will step up and drag MEChA into the sunlight where, rather than sucking down your student fees, it would surely shrivel and die. At our public schools we must proclaim love and unity—not hate and diversity. Act accordingly! 1 http://latino.sscnet.ucla.edu/research/docs/struggle/aztlan.htm 2 www.aztlan.net 3 My extensive cultural studies, field research and ethnographic interviews in the Mexican states of D.F., Toluca, Mexico, Michoacan, Guerrero, Jalisco and Colima were unable to produce a single person fluent in Nahuatl. Although it is my belief such persons exist, they have never materialized in my many years of ethnographic research in the pueblos of Mexico.
