Actually, he's only one of the sides agitating for it. The Invaders are, many of them, agitating for it, and the ones who aren't agitating for it are the ones the agitators are agitating. But this is a mere exercise in grammar and should be self-evident. I, for one, am agitating against Civil War II, since Civil War II will be a "war between brethren" divided into two opposing camps, one in favor of repelling an Invasion, and one fighting anyone trying to repel the Invasion. This is, to some degree, already underway. I am quite rare, as I am trying to keep this Civil, rather than allowing it to escalate into Civil War. Clearly, as the Civil War II will be fought over whether or not to repel Invaders, those who support Invaders are, essentially, treasonable. I am no traitor. I am calling for the government to fulfil its Constitutional obligation to Repel Invasion, and should there be resistance to repelling invasion, to Suppress Insurrection. It's right there in Article 4 Section 4, as well as Article, I, Section 8, Paragraph 15. And as to the several States, note the exception in Article I, Section 10, paragraph 3, to wit: "(3) No State shall, without the Consent of Congress, lay any Duty of Tonnage, keep Troops, or ships of War in time of Peace; enter into any Agreement or Compact with another State, or with a foreign Power, or engage in War, __unless actually invaded, or in such imminent danger as will not admit of Delay__."[italics mine] Therefor, it is up to the States which presently suffer Invasion to seize the day as Congress has not acted, and Delay amounts to defeat. And should the States not act, and should they fail to specifically surrender to the Invasion they cannot prohibit law-abiding citizens from bearing Arms in a well-regulated Militia, under Amendment 10 of the US Constitution, to The People fall both the right and obligation to Repel Invasion and suppress any Insurrection in support of the Invasion. We are not agitating for Civil War, but rather to prevent it. > > --PLH, turnabout, and all that -- Non-UseNet re-transmission of this article is a willful violation of US Copyright Law and the Berne Convention.
