Much of this will be familiar to members of the loop, but the connections to psychiatry -- the pseudoscience where man is soulless mud -- are made more clear here than I have ever seen. In summary, the objectives of this movement include: 1. Through the deliberate "dumbing down" of America's school children, the forcing of a planned economy and industry to this country can be accomplished by providing the job market with "low wage" earners who "can be easily trained and managed", instead of creative individuals who will take initiative. 2. The forced "therapy" and "treatment" of children medically and psychologically, without parental knowledge or consent in therapy units located in every school in the nation. Due to various changes in parental rights and related laws, if parents object, they could face abuse charges or loss of custody of their children. This treatment is paid for by Medicaid. Another legal move has already removed poverty guidelines for children 0 - 21 and therefore, allows tax dollars to go toward this federally mandated treatment for anyone under 21 years of age. To fully achieve the "goals", further legislation must be passed in order to secure complete control of all necessary aspects and related issues. Additional bills currently before our lawmakers at Washington will allow the government to do the following: 1. Establish a network of state "superintendents" and corporations which will dictate to the schools what occupations children will be forced to train in. 2. Puts in place a massive computer database which tracks every child from their entry into school into adulthood. 3. Ensures that every child will be indoctrinated into the "proper attitudes" which include accepting whatever career path is chosen for him or her "for the good of the company, the state, the country, etc." 4, Places any child who does not "fit" into or go along with the program into a " juvenile camp" (these camp's already exist). If the child does not get his Certificate of Initial Mastery (CIMs) in the job area which is dictated for him or her - he or she will end up in camp. These Bills are as follows: HR 1385, The Employment, Training and Literacy Act of 1997 has ALREADY PASSED the House. It mandates further details and funding for all the "parents as teachers" psychological training, and intrusive "visits" to "monitor" how children are being raised. It also mandates that businesses in every community will dictate to the schools which types of jobs children will be trained for. It also gives huge funding to labor unions for "research and demonstration projects" Psychiatry is now moving into the unions as well. This same bill authorizes funds to establish computer input of student's personal data as part of the "Labor Market Information Programs." This is part of a nationwide program for getting all of a student's medical, personal, family, behavioral and school data onto computers so that it can be accessed by any one of several federal, state, and local agencies. HR 1853 - The Vocational Education Bill. This was introduced June 11, 1997. It is on a very fast track to be passed. It is a "Clinton pet" project, and will mandate an apprenticeship program which is and EXACT duplicate of the one in use in Germany which has been a dismal failure by any standard. HR 1803 - This is the adult program for retraining and further implements the School-to-work law. HR 1818 - A Juvenile Justice resolution. This bill authorizes funds for intensive federal mandates for psychiatric treatment of ALL juvenile offenders. All of these bills, together with the three (3) laws passed in 1994, (the Educate America Act, et al) allow the federal government to do the following: 1. Establish a network of state "superintendents" and corporations which will dictate to the schools what occupations children will be forced to train in. 2. Puts in place a massive computer database which tracks every child from cradle to the grave. 3. Ensures that every child will be indoctrinated in accepting whatever career path is chosen for him or her, and brainwashes the child into doing it for the good of the company, the state and the country. 4. Places any child who does not "fit" into or go along with the program into a juvenile camp (these camp's already exist). If the child does not get his Certificate of Initial Mastery (CIM) in the job area which is dictated for him or her - he or she will end up in a camp. So as you can see, we have a lot of work to do, and quickly if we are to keep these bills from being approved. Please help us by taking the following actions immediately: 1. Call the Capitol Building at 1-202-225-3121. Tell the receptionist "I want to oppose some bills". The switchboard operator will ask you what state you are from and then connect you with the correct Representative or Senator. When the office answers, tell the person in that office that you want your Senator to vote against The Employment, Training and Literacy Act and your Congressman to vote against Bills numbered 1853, 1803, and 1818. 2. Pass this information on to everyone you can and ask them to make the call. We need 20,000 calls going into Washington ASAP. 3.
